A limited number of permanent living 'Residential' sites are available, and we will build and install a unit to your specifications or floor plan.
 
Each Residential Site has a building area of 13 x 13 metres and any proposed cabin must meet pre defined specifications.
 
Residential Site Fees (from July1, 2008)
Rental Site & 1 Adult $ 75.00 per week
Extra Persons $ 15.00 per week

Plus :
Electricity $3.16 Access Fee (per week)
plus usage on meter
